Know any good places to eat?

So yeah - I'm going to Tokyo, Japan for 2 weeks.  Leaving this weekend.  All I can say is WOW!  Any recommendations of things to do while I'm there?  Sumo and baseball are both out of season...  I do want to find a Karate school that will indulge me and let me train a class with them.  I want to hit the nightlife, eat lots of different foods... Any
