The CCG arcade game I was talking about in my last post is called "Sangokushi Taisen 2". Here's a youtube video of a guy who kinda knows what he's doing on this game. Honestly though - the kid we watched on an advanced board was awe-inspiring and makes this guy look like a turtle...

Do you know if you play against other people? It looks weird when he's making the little guy run around, but it also looks kinda awesome.

Yeah - you can play vs. pc or get challenged. The arcades we saw were really big on networked games. I'm pretty sure I got challenged, which may explain why I lost so fast. It seems like a lot of people have very unique styles of play - this guys is rather sedate compared to many of them we saw.

I WANT ONE! I'm imagining magic night being at an arcade and all of us strapping into our our weird arcade game/mech-suit and powering up for battle.

Looks like fun man, that's interesting how they actually have to move the cards around to play. Also, sony and WotC recently came out with something like that:

Eye of Judgment, it uses a "playstation eye" to detect what cards you have and are playing. Looks interesting.

Yeah - I've been reading about that on Penny Arcade. This one has to be magnetic or something. Not sure how it "sees" the cards. The eye is cool, but there's no way it could read the cards as fast as this game (plus if your hands in the way...)
