HOW TO USE TAGS (MUST READ)
I'm making an official tag post where you can look up how to use tags if you're confused and request new tags for pairings that are not seen.
Here are the tags and their function:
- author:__ - this is for easier archiving. You take whatever letter your username (not your real name!) begins with and tag it under here. You can put both author tags for joint fics/collaborations.
- f: nuest member - This tag is for doing chracter centric fics where one person is the main focus. If there is some exploration on that person in relation to another character, but that relationship is NOT the main focus of the fic, then put this tag up.
- p: nuest member/______ - This the pairing tag. It is usually used to categorize two charcters in a romantic relationship. But just for this, even if they're not romantically involved, but you're focusing on the relationship between 2 characters, say Baekho and Ren's friendship, then just stick this tag on anyway
- p: nuest member/oc - This tag is for any NU'EST member and an original character of your own. Includes self-insertation fics.
- ot3:name/name/name - This tag is for threesomes and love triangles. I know it's not entirely accurate, but it just makes it abit easier to categorize.
- x:______ - Crossovers with other fandoms.
- xover: various - For crossovers with more than 1 other fandom. Say like Suju, DBSK, Wonder Girls and Big Bang.
- #chaptered (ongoing) - if your fic is chaptered and still ongoing.
- #chaptered (finished( - if your fic is chaptered and finished
- #oneshot/#drabbles - if your fic is a drabble or a oneshot
- g: angst, fluff, romance, smut, friendship, hurt/comfort - just choose two main genres so it won't be confusing
** For pairings where one character is dating a "secret" character or something like that, just use the F: nuest member tag until you decide to reveal the other person or just keep like that if you never reveal the other person.
**If there is a pairing tag, ot3 tag, or xover tag we don't have but you'd like to see, then comment here and I'll will make it for you depending on the demand for that particular tag.
Thank you for your time. I hoped this helped everyone.
