Blimey, I think I got away with it. I think WE got away with it. Not even a twinkle in the old man's eye this morning to let on that he knew!
Nobody said anything!
This bodes well for the future.
Got an Owl from my mum, she sent me some sweets and told me not to get in trouble. Bless her, she means well. She also says she's not heard from my Great Uncle Patrick in a while which is a bit worrying as the old guy sends Owls at least three times daily. I'm hoping he went on vacation and forgot to send postcards.
