I heard that GDL once said that Jack and Ianto were shagging long before the Lisa episode. I always imagined that Ianto was distracting him and that Jack was genuinely hurt when Lisa was discovered. But I think they resumed their relationship - on a more honest foot shortly after Lisa... I don't think they waited until the Stopwatch scene. But that's just my opinion. :D
