Day #3 of hell... aka being on a diet. I'm really focused this time. I want to lose a ton of weight, and I really think I can if I stay focused. I've only lost 2 lbs, but I guess that's pretty good considering it's only been 3 days. My goal is to lose 20 lbs this first month. I think it's possible
