I doubt it. This seems to be a variant of the twin paradox. All though, with other worlds it might be a possibility. But your younger alternate would not remember being here.

Ah, but if y'be sent back an' return, wouldn' y'know tha' the possibility an' doing so o'coming back as a squallin' whelp be systematically self-fulfillin' an otherwise create a situation where y'can blame it solely on magic aye?

Fer instance, if I were t'come back as Jack Sparrow o'say 11 years o'so, th' possibility tha' I blame it ALL on magic be signifigantly 'igh. Ergo, there be a possibility tha' I can just blame it all on Tia and by extension: I may not be made their chief, savvy?

Well, my world doesn't have magic. So someone from a world where magic exists wouldn't be able to blame it on magic. On the other hand, it could always be a hallucination, or something could have tampered with your memory.

What I'm saying is that the younger you would definitely have no memory of being here as the older you, barring things such as Fountains of Youth that reverse your aging.
