I've been working on getting better at going out with boys only so long as they are really into me. Once their interest starts to wane, I've trained my interest to wane as well, and it's a relief, not to be stuck wishing He would just like me back. And also, I hate to say it, but it took a near memorization of the book "He's just not that into you". Which really cemented it for me. That might be a good companion book to "It's called a break up because it's broken".
