Dear Mr. Cooper,
Concerns regarding your academic efforts have been brought to my attention by several of your professors. It is under your agreement with this University that you are to be an active student in order to play Quidditch. This letter is being sent to you as a warning that if your marks do not improve, you will be ineligible to play for the team. The remainder of this term and the entirety of the following one, you will be placed on an academic probation.
It is imperative that you consider the success of not only your Quidditch career, but of your academic career as well. We are extremely invested in your pursuits here at Painswick, and we hope that you do not hesitate to seek assistance in any way you feel necessary.
