Hmm. I have seen a Deathstars album in HMV and have almost kinda nearly bought it, but since I’d never heard them I never did. Until today! Woo! I kinda like them a lot. Much the same situation with Dope Stars Inc. I’ll have to go order some I think :D

And I'll echo the Corvus Corax recommendation.

Not sure how Dead Can Dance fit into grind-house-a-go-go, or Siouxsie for that matter. If you want a gothier or more ethereal list I can also oblige.

Hmm, a few there I have never heard of before - thanks. I have trouble rememberering band names (although I think I’d remember the Morlock bit). Maybe another web search for me to do :D

I had a look around HMV tonight for Corvus, and could find nothing. I was probably in completely the wrong section though. DCD and Siouxsie I listen to because I like them, although they don’t fit into the categories I was looking at finding newer stuff in. Anything similar to DCD would actually be appreciated. too :D

Heh, it looks like I'm gonna have a huge shopping list :/ I will echo your recommendation on that track. I had not heard it before until tonight, and I am in fact, listening to it again right now :D

I like Ayria, only I've been getting a bit bored of beepyness in general - although I have yet to hear the album from last year.... another one to ponder buying. Hmm. Did you go to see Ayria last year? They played some goth festival in Wales. WIsh I could've gone to that.
