I really want to go to Festival Kinetik (cheers to triplespiral for mentioning it ages ago). Only.....I can't have any time off in May, due to work being incredibly busy then. Meh. Yet another reason for me to push on with the self-employed thing.

All the reminders on FB kept popping up, and it just reminded me of how I'd promised myself that I'd go to it *this* year!? But then the redundancy and then uncertainty of the new job popped up :/ I shoulda just gone and booked everything. Actually, I did that with Infest this year which now isn't even on and I'm stuck with a non-cancellable suite at unsunny Bradford's fricken Hilton!? Wah!!! I have a few months of stuff coming up, after which hopefully I can plan things normally again. I also need to get back into using LJ like I used to do.

ah crap to hear about booking in Bradford. i heard they cancelled Infest. is there anything else in Bradford that you can turn it into a fun weekend away?
