The bow of her lip, the curve of her hips, the dip at her throat, the edge of her collar bone, the line of her calf, the peak of her breasts, the bend of her elbow, the small of her back, the trace of her scar, the lilt in her voice-each eyelash-the tip of her finger, the cut of her jaw, the light in her eye, the sway in her walk, the frown in each smile, the sigh after her laugh-the utter, unbelievable ache of her beauty. All things Jacob would miss, all things he never had.

Title: Life is Better in Light
Team: Werewolf
Challenge: Beautiful
Rating: PG
Character(s)/Pairing(s): Jacob/Bella
Warnings: None

There was a beauty in their almost, the narrative of their never. An option captured in amber, fossilized and allowed to play itself out in a million and five different ways, each of them ending with his happiness and her.
Moments un-mired by reality but somehow grounded in it, further illustrating the chip toothed perfection of life. Each episode framed by the fragility of mortality and the bittersweet deadline of natural death. There is beauty in the way the discovery never ends and in each of the ways the days are spent making up and the nights spent making love.

Title: Reflection
Team: Werewolf
Challenge: Beautiful
Rating: G
Character(s)/Pairing(s): Emily, Leah, Sam
Warnings: None
Author's Notes: Holy Crap! Wrote this in 5 seconds and it came out to a perfect 100! Suweet. Tooted my own horn too quickly. 'Till icecreamprincss put the smack down. ;)

Before the scars, Leah and Emily could stand opposite one another and mime gestures as if in a mirror. One would raise her hand and the other would follow. One would toss her hair back and the other would do likewise. Then something ripped apart Emily’s face while leaving her soul intact and something ripped apart Leah’s soul while leaving her face intact. And for a brief moment, while Emily still loved her cousin more than…, they both, simultaneously, wished it were the opposite.
And when Sam lovingly stands behind Emily, Leah still pretends she’s seeing her in a mirror.
