We didn't get a thing, even thought it was cold enough. Alas! As my father put it 'Figures. The year we move out of Houston we get a white Christmas.'

Okay, okay ... not ACTUALLY Houston. But dang! I leave east Texas and they get snow. ;) It's probably a good thing, though - for all I complain about people driving in the rain, I can't really even BEGIN to imagine people in the snow. :p

Very pretty. It's still desert over in this part of the state. No snow in my little basin, though there was snow all around it!

Having been in Houston when we had the ice storm in 1997... it was bad.

And yeah. My parents live in La Grange, now. So we missed the snow. But my brother is in Montrose and he saw some snow. Those pictures were in West Columbia, which is about 15 miles from Angleton.

Aye, me... that is what Christmas is supposed to look like. *cue wistful sighs and longing looks* Isn't that one of the most beautiful sights ever?

Really quite lovely! I like to /visit/ snow, but not live in it. I wouldn't have minded some where I was, though!
