Yes! I just finished the FAFSA! It was a snap..quick, easy, user-friendly...OH sooo much better than that horrid CSS (which I finished yesterday, BTW). Problem with FAFSA: it only allows six schools. I'm applying to 10, so I have to find some way to get the data to the last 4 schools...FAFSA website says I'm supposed to make copies of my own copy ( Read more... )

AARGH! Damn CSS PROFILE!! It's super hard to do! It's SO ANNOYING! So time-consuming! So much to fill out! Why do they need all this info anyway? SO nosy!!! Why can't it be short like FAFSA? Yaaaay! I just sent out my Columbia app online! I hope it didn't have *too* many error s in it! I proofread it again and again for hours, until I couldn't find any more mistakes, but the fact that it took hours to get to the point where I found no new mistakes on each re-check worries me. Eckerling just called to say I was deferred at MIT. Since I never got my deferral letter, he's asked them to send it again. Deferred. Grr. Oh, well. Getting into Georgetown was already a blessing, and I'm very thankful and happy for that. Maybe that's where I'll be going after all! Sigh, my MIT decision letter still hasn't come yet! I already got my Harvard deferral postmarked the 14th and a packet from Knox postmarked the 17th, so if MIT was sent between or before, it should be here by now.
