I was counting off months on my fingers, filled one hand and thought
"wow! One hand full, thats half a year. Six months. Six months. Wait, whut?"

I think it's because during one of my insomnul episodes this week, I was mulling over our base 10 system, and what would be different if we'd evolved with a different number of fingers.

One hand full of months should be half a year. Bloody stoopid Romans.
