As I've said over on FH - loving this story... it's got everything I want in a good fic... angst... tears... sexiness... and of course the beautiful John Paul and delicious Craig !!!

Thank you. Coming from you and the stories you tell, that means a lot to me. I worry it's a bit too angst-ridden sometimes, so I'm glad that you say it works. Hopefully they seem in character and can come out of this strong.

Nah you cant beat a good dose of the angst!! And yeah - the characters are spot on... looking forward to the rest of the tale

Wow, very intense! I feel so bad for all of them (even for Ricky).

Just like that, the shutter slammed shut on any window of opportunity for father and son.

For some reason, this line almost made me tear up.

I really like Myra in this. She's the perfect mix of caring and miffed and hurt. So often in fics that focus on a pairing, the other characters get short shrift, but you've done a great job.

The moment when Craig slipped into bed and John Paul teased him was lovely. Sweet, and I could visualize it easily. Thanks for sharing!
