Amazing and sad. I love family stories.

What a sad, haunting thing to have happen. I can imagine those years of the parents worrying, but worse yet, I can imagine being that stolen child, always terrified and never rescued.

So interesting to think that this could be mostly NON-fiction. It's a fascinating story!
