I made some curtains in order to allow for the blinds to be opened all the way and yet people can't just stand across the alley and look in...I sew'd them all my self...I call them cafe' style...yep.

that's our big mean kitty. the poor thing starves for attention, and it's usually negative he ends up getting. picking fights all the time with his brother.
i really dislike waking up to screams of bloody murder at 4am from the other one at the claws and teeth of that one.
he can be a real douche.
but i mean that with love.

Your place is cute! I like the curtains. It's nice that they still allow light in.

I love those stools... we got a couple of them for under our counter in the kitchen here. They are so much nicer to look at than traditional stools.

light in this place was going to make or break our outlook while living here. certainly.

the stools are totally my fave now, and they kinda cup to your butt so it's easier to stay on them. not to mention very sturdy.
