I'm so happy for you and I can't wait to come visit! Hobbit holes are cool, but not moldy ones. Cooler than even *unmoldy* hobbit holes, however, are multi-floor houses with jam spaces and patios. Come June, you will simply have to start up a house_blog of your own ;)
