So glad to see you back: like many others, I'd been wondering how you were getting on. My 91-year-old mother died a few months ago, so I have *some* idea of the immense practical complications that can add to the emotional upheaval. Oy! All the best, anyway. Hope the legal/financial stuff gets resolved quickly and correctly, and that you're back posting soon!
Use this. It hid eight years of my journal in 15 minutes.
My heart goes out to you. Please take care of you. And you are always welcome in hoards_of_chaos where we know how hard it is to sort years of possessions.
I'm glad you are back and sorry to hear what has been going. At least it had a small good result in that you and Scott are living together finally.
There is now a tool on your livejournal whereby you can reset the privacy settings on all of your previous posts at one time. http://www.livejournal.com/editprivacy.bml
It is in the 'edit entries' section if that link doesn't take you to it. It is called a Mass Security Tool and you can mark all of your entries 'only me' so only you can see them. Hope that helps...hang in there and sue those dang trustees for every nickle you can squeeze out of them since I imagine most of those nickles were rightfully yours in the first place.
