i finally registered for classes today, finally. i hate how much i procrastinate, i should work on it. thankfully, i didn't have scheduling issues. all the classes i wanted, were available at reasonable times. i'm taking an art history class, which i'm really excited about. apparently, art history is no joke, and it's supposed to be a lot of work. winter white sangria-

1 bottle dry white wine
1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup sugar
4 lime slices, quartered
4 lemon slices
4 green apple slices
1 bunch white grapes
1 cup club soda

combine the first three ingredients, then add ice and stir until the sugar is dissolved. add fruit and seltzer.. :)

this week has been exhausting. today, i quite literally spent the entire day in my bed. it's snowed several times today, which makes me lazy, and not want to venture anywhere (maryland has the worst drivers anyway). george called today, and we got to catch up, which was wonderful. it's hard having a best friend live so far away. i'm slightly bummed ( Read more... )
