You know, the stereo in my last car was the same way...not the original stereo that came with the car, but one I had installed later. I think you had to hold down the "Balance" button or something similarly absurd to set the clock. Fortunately, my current car doesn't have that problem...there's a button right next to the clock marked "H." As you might imagine, you push it, and the hour advances. Wonderful!
