Ooh, the suffering.... Rumours of Death-vid & picspam

I made a fanvid for B7 and therefore I rewatched Rumours of Death. That wasn't too much of an effort. I love Avon and Rumours is basically about Avon, although a disproportionate part of the episode was about these two guys.

Very beautiful--I still don't understand the episode, but believe that Avoh's one true love was Blake, so there's an explanation lurking somewhere.

You just had to bring Blake into this, right? I understand. This is an awfully Blakeless episode. I missed him too in series 3&4.

I don't understand the whole Anna|Sula backstory either. What was her real name even? Her own brother thinks she's Anna and dead, but she was perhaps already married to Chesku. Is she taking over as a rebel, or as you say just to put herself in power, or is she still Bartolemew, setting the rebels she's working with up for a massive fall? There are far too many questions.

I hadn't though about that last option. It would be interesting, if she was still working as Bartolomew. That would have meant that she sacrificed her own husband to establish her cover with the rebels.

She's certainly capable of it.

Yes, a great many plot holes in this episode, but as you say, there's so much of Avon suffering, and no one suffers quite so beautifully as Avon, so I can forgive the inconsistencies. :)
