Man, this is so awesome! Did I know you watched this show? Sorta shipped this ship? It makes me happy, lol. You get these characters in such a sharp and unique way. I never seriously considered Violet as a sort of weird daddy's girl, but now I don't know if I could ever see anything else--the apple definitely doesn't fall far from the tree there.

Violet’s not sure when she fell in love with Tate. The important part is, she did. Turns out he's the love of her fucking life. Serves her right, she guesses.

Fucking great turn of phrase there, I love it. And Violet thinking about how she actually wanted to go to NYU and maybe grow up and stuff eventually ... perfect.

Hey! I just got into it over finals week when I was procrastinating, haha. I think the relationship is SO interesting that I couldn't resist writing fic. Thanks for the compliment! Do you have any Tate/Violet fic recs?
