Gah, all the Careers feelings. There were so many pieces of this that I loved, including things that played to my Cato/Clove feelings, my Johannah/Finnick feelings, and my Finnick/Annie feelings, but I think this line was my very favourite:

Katniss crawls up surface and Glimmer says, “Bitch, please.”

Seriously all my Hunger Games feelings fic-wise are for the Careers and the Victors and Gale. So I will take any opportunity I can to combine all of them, lol.

Any chance I can talk you into writing that Gossip Girl as the voice of the Hunger Games fic? I would die of all the happiness.

you are again, a flawless human being. this is like, oh my god. everything i ever wanted and MORE. i love glimmer, you're so good at fucked up victors and all their issues around sex and love and i adore the scene with her in the coconuts and i loveeee bitch, please; you do this thing where you have people do really unpleasant things and somehow i like it, somehow i still like them and i'm still fascinated.

there are some really lovely turns of phrase here, too, omg; i love:

Thank god you liked it! I had kind of a hard time figuring out how to make Finnick into an asshole, which he obviously is since he's balancing THREE women, but how to keep him deeply in love with Annie and fucked up/in love even though he won't admit it with Jo and figuring out the dynamic between him and Glimmer took a little longer than I expected.

Thanks for the glowing review and I CAN'T WAIT TO READ YOURS NEXT. I am prepared for a lot of Queen Johanna feeeeeelings.
