I feel a little out of place commenting here, as I'm relatively new to LJ, but I'm a big fan of "as far as tales go this one is cautionary." :D

A comment ficathon would be great -- I'm going through a major dry spell and I'm thinking that would really help. :)

As for fic recs, I'd have to recommend The Good Wife by silvercistern. I normally find K/P fics rather revolting but this is just so well done. Closure between all the characters (including Gale and Katniss! :D) was brought on wonderfully. And oh god, the end is just heartbreaking. (www . fanfiction . net /s/8105310/1/)

Comment ficathons are good!

(Sorry, I don't think I'm on your flist, but I always see you over at stainofmylove's ficathons, and you always leave the best prompts, and it seems we have a lot of similar interests including but not limited to OMGA;LSKDAFSLF GALE/KATNISS. So, thought I'd add you, is what I'm basically saying.)

if you want a really good one to read, younger revelations by falseeeyelashes is all kinds of fabulous.
