It's good to hear from you! It sounds like you've been through a lot these past 3 years, and I'm glad to hear you're doing well. All the training didn't sound like much fun, but I wouldn't mind someone forcing me to be in shape - Nice! I also went and looked at your pictures on Facebook and HOLY CRAP, ALICIA IS A REAL PERSON NOW. She was soooo little the last time I saw her, I cannot even believe that is the same girl. I lifeguarded for Andrea's swim practices in high school, and Alanna has always been older than me, so I wasn't really shocked by them, but Alicia, AHHHH! How old is she now???

Lol, I'm glad to see someone actually reads these things. I always read your stuff, always makes me laugh. Y'know, you should probably right a book. Ya, swab summer wasn't the best of times but I was definitely in the best shape of my life, I doubt i'll ever be that fit again, lol. And I know, they grow up so fast! Sha is...15, i think, lol. Should be around 15, she's a freshman now at Rancho.

Lol, ya I'm sorry it may be a tad bit long, but I had a lot to say after a year and a half! Anyways, how've you been? It seems like things are going great for you, well besides your anatomy class, lol. What's your major?
