I'm currently trying to get into a company I want to work for. It's new and frustrating because I have a job that isn't in danger, but it's not what I want and I would like to go somewhere I am passionate about what they do. Novel concept, eh? I've applied, gotten certifications they like, and know someone who works there who passed on my info. They're a very desired company to work for that has a very high reputation for treating the workers very well and low turnover.

Yes! Exactly that... You have a job because you have a job and needed a job to pay bills. The notion of actually having ajob you are passionate about is foreign but... wow... wouldn't that be nice?
