Most of the folks on my f-list might know this, but dancingshaman has been battling cancer for the past two years, but he's going downhill much much faster than the initial prognosis, which was anywhere from 10 months to 1 year (IIRC).

His wife, britgeekgrrl, is in need of monetary funds immediately, because they originally had planned for more time to prep for funerary

Being on the wrong end of the Universe has its disadvantages.
