Has he tried City Kitties? They're a local Philly cat adoption group.

I know there's a group in Philly called City Kitten. Has he contacted contacted them? I think they WILL take adult cats, despite the name.

It turns out that they already had contacted Kyle, and were running out of options. But a new home has been found.

(My OLDER KID is actually living in Philly, but unfortunately, she 1) has no car to drive anywhere, 2) is sadly quite allergic to kitties herself, and therefore cannot have one even though a) her apartment would allow one if she paid a deposit and a monthly fee, and b) her three housemates would somehow agree to it.)
