I hate the idea of Karma,
not because I don't want to face
the ugly things I've done,
or because I'm afraid
of reaping what I've sown,
but because I don't need
some cosmic justicar
to tell me what I already know:
it's all my own damn fault.

The problem with Karma is that we DO bad things. We DESERVE bad things. (I believe we do and deserve good things as well! But many would say only through God.)
But we are given grace. Grace we do not deserve, but a gift we are given out of love. It's way better than Karma.
