I mean, REALLY?

I'm sorry to harp on the same thing, but today it's 11 degrees out with a wind chill of -2, and yet there was still a parent ushering in her two little daughters to the preschool, neither one wearing coats.  11 degrees, even out of the wind, is painfully cold.  How do you not think coats are required?

When we were living in Alabama, there was one time school was canceled on my birthday because of snow.... in April! ;)

Plenty of people out there don't think. Similar to parents in summer or winter months (or anytime really) who leave their young kids in the car while they go into a shopping mall/big box store. Not all parents have very strong parenting genes. I am sure you'd agree.
