Just so everyone knows this, I love kids up until they turn about 12 years old. Then, they are welcome to disintegrate. Especially the one on the computer next to me who keeps listening to Destiny's Child at AN EXTREMELY LOUD VOLUME while saying "Beyonce's so hot" over and over and over until I actually want to shoot him myself ( Read more... )

Keep your recipts so the bank can't screw you like that. Trust me, it's happened a couple times to me.

Yeah, that's what I seem to be hearing from lots of people. Which means I'm even more worried than before. :(

Sometimes the money doesn't show up for a day or two. Keep all the receipts and go back in two days and get another one. If it still doesn't match up, talk to someone asap.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm going to do. I just found out from a lady at work last night that she deposited $750 in the same bank I use, and the money just disappeared. Plus, they wouldn't reimburse her even though she had the receipt because the deposit was in cash, and she went to the drive through counter, so they said it couldn't be verified. So, you know the teller pocketed that one. Now I'm really worried.

But, if it doesn't even out by tomorrow, I'm going down there, and they're not going to want to deal with me if my money has just disappeared.

I wish you luck with the bank deal. the thing is they seem to find a crap load of things to charge you for just for the hell of it from a few banks I use to deal with.

Yeah... there excuse was "Well, you must not have been balancing your checkbook well. You wrote a check for $200 on..." the only checks I EVER write are for rent and electric. Rent is $400, electric is around $15... so WHAT THE HELL IS THAT???

Yeah.. just got back from the bank. I'm so pissed. Surprised they didn't ban me from ever coming back.
