i do. but i don't make the large size available to anyone except my contacts who would have a tehchnical interest in seeing them.
i don't license any portraits i do because i never paid the models and wouldn't feel right (with some exceptions). the CC license works primarily because if someone is gonna steal your work for something, they need a large size, and that means they have to contact me to use it.
also, if anyone contacts you, they usually have the money for pay - check them out. i ask a blanket fee for the use of my photos for 12 months, and don't accept less than 200 bucks for any given photo use. anytime you sell a photo, just make sure you specify the license as non-exclusive or they own the photo you're selling.
