I don't know whether I should squee or not. It's such an angsty fic and all. Well, I will. Squee. This is so awesome. I told you that the first time I read it. It's wonderful.

You killed Wes. Then Oz. Then finally Buffy. But it worked, because in this world, there was nothing left. They only had each other. And when that went away, there was no recourse.

Damn fine fic here. Hope everyone else liked it as much as I did.

*grins* Honestly, I'll be impressed if anyone else even reads it, let alone likes it. But as I'm said before, I'm so glad that you enjoyed it. Since I had such a hard time with this fic, that pleases me to no end. :)

*grins* Does it make me sound like a horrible person that I had no problem with killing all of them? :D

I'm thrilled that it evoked strong emotions for you. It was a serious challenge for me to write, which makes me all the more proud of how it turned out. :)

Darkly perfect -- I applaud your masterful angst!

Thank you! I'm not sure if "masterful" is the best word, though-I think I got lucky this time around. I'm usually not much with the angst just because I don't do it very well. Glad I succeeded in your eyes, though. :)

Sorry I took so long so feedback, I have just got a new computer and missed the LJ post for awhile.

Absolutely loved the fic. Love B/W/O and it was a great, plausible situation to get them together.

The writing was spot on and I enjoyed it immensely. Thank you.

Would I be able to archive it at my website please? www.fickledame.com

That's okay, I'm just glad you liked it! It was a complete challenge, because even though I've always been a fan of Buffy/Oz and Buffy/Wes, I could never think of plausible ways to get them together. But then Kristi gave me a suggestion that inspired this plot, so it all ended up working for me.

I have no problems with you archiving this. I'm pleased you liked it well enough to want it. :)

You did a great job with this. The angst is well done and especially killer once the baby comes. It's like an onion with each peel they fall another level until there's nothing

Thank you. That's pretty much the entire reason I had her have the baby. Typically the pregnancy/baby thing is way too overdone (I myself having done it several times, and now I look back and go "Ugh!" to all the fics I did it in), but I thought it would add another level of impact in this fic. She's not just lost everyone from the beginning, but she's lost the two reasons that keep her going-then to lose the person she was most responsible for, the one part of her that could have lived on? It was the only thing I could think of to make the ending the absolute heaviest possible.

There's only one fic on this page that isn't mine. The email address associated with me isn't correct, though, so tell him/her not to use it if they want to send feedback.

Thanks for passing my name along. It's always nice to get new readers. :)
