Between the two of them, they managed to give the Gold Card a heat stroke. It finally just refused to work, and the clerk at the last store claimed that the magnetic strip had been worn away.
And the last bit, with the "We can pretend we're at Cheerleading camp again." and Harmony getting all pleased she won't have to hold a pillow over her mouth.
I like that idea, too! Every time I have a hard time slashing Cordelia, I just imagine her at cheerleading camp and you just know she had to have picked some tricks up there! ;)
Thank you! I thoroughly enjoyed getting to write old-school Cordy, and I always love the opportunity to write pre-series (though I don't get to much). I had a lot of fun writing it, so I'm glad it's fun to read, as well. :)

I loved this line:

Also glad you liked the line about the Gold Card. It made me giggled when I wrote it. :)

This was so cute! Love snarky Cordy and poor, eager-to-please Harmony! Absolutely adorable!

I can totally imagine them like that. That is so Cordy and her girls. I really, really love it.
Also I'm sorry that it took me so long to read it, but I was so busy the last couple of weeks that I was totally away from lj.
