I'm not sure if it was him or the other jacob or someone else since they're all artschool "street gangstas" but it's pretty well known that if you put a dot on a brick anywhere downtown, with the exception of a temporary structure maybe you are fucked.
However I've had stuff stolen from me over $2000 and the school did absolutely nothing about it. haha.
