*sigh* once upon a time there was just 'them' and 'us' ; they were the establishment line towing mall shopping drones. we were just different and rejected anything society tried to foist on us.

Wow, totally missed those posts (then again I've been sick and working madly on an uni assignment).

I'm totally bowled over by the tone of entitlement over that original post. "Because I have to say, if you want me to wear a corset, heels and a skirt again in the future, this sort of thing has got to change." (!!??) I mean, really. REALLY?

The counter-argument is then, if there are men wearing corsets (quite common in SP) and women without, should those women give up their seats for the men?

I'm going to avoid the comments like the plague because no doubt there'll be some asinine opinions that will set me off (although I'm sure there will be a few people with common sense).
