I'm not getting the schadenfreude here. CUPE isn't the TTC, and Ferguson is totally correct. Unions are not in the business of delivering services, they are in the business of representing workers. Ferguson works for City of Toronto employees, not the city.

There is a lot of schadenfreude here but it is also a PR nightmare of their own creation given the anger of most people with the transit unions.
