Lilac Legacy 1.3 and a half.
Notes from the author: Hello my little dumplings. There comes a time in every Simmer's life when they do something foolish and bork up their game. I didn't think it would happen to me so soon, but indeed, this is the case. I was searching through Google for a solution to my slow-loading and small amounts of in-game lag problem. I followed the directions to a "fix", and somehow it corrupted my files, obliterated ALL of my CC including ones I still can't seem to relocate, and forced me to start anew building my collection of custom content. I was heart-broken because as you guys know, I spent many-a hour designing and tweaking the Lilac Legacy home that you will see in this update. I am busily trying to rediscover all of the lovely DLs but until then, please enjoy this brief update. Thank you.
Last time on the Lilac Legacy: Lavender and Alain finally tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony, Lavender's father threatened Alain's life if he broke her heart, Lavender found out why Fox had expanded the house by tossing her cookies violently, the Lilac household was robbed [again], Alain was sent to fetch ice cream for his pregnant wife and thus missed the birth of his first born, Violet Lilac.
We start this update with the new parents!
Having Violet really matured Lav in the sweetest way. She's still silly and a little air-headed, but she sure does love that little pink bundle. <3
Sometimes it's harder than usual.
Lavender: Seriously. It's like a fire alarm at 2AM, except there's no fire, just poop.
Alain: We need diapers again? At this rate we'll be able to retire promptly after we die.
My sweet, frugal elf man. This is just baby number one!
The next morning was finally Violet's birthday. As Lavender was getting ready, she took a moment to squee about being a wife. Adorbz.
Lavender: He went to Jared!
At the party, Alain was having second thoughts.
Alain: Aww, but I like her all tiny and helpless. Can't she stay that way?
Fox: Don't you want to sleep more than two hours a night?
Alain: BRING ON THE SPARKLING CHILD!
Violet: o_o
Violet: O_O
EXCUSE ME SIM GODS, BUT WHY WAS THIS FEMALE CHILD BORN WITHOUT A SHIRT? D:
I know she's a baby, but what the heck?
The only cure for ... that... is Violet spam.

Lavender: You've been carrying around that toddler all morning, my handsome man. Why don't you go sit down and let me make you some breakfast.
Uh oh. Lav cooking has never been exactly ... safe.
Lavender: Am I doing it right? Why isn't it getting hot...
*facepalm*
Violet: Mmm!
At least she didn't burn the oatmeal.
Alain: Listen honey... I got a call from my boss this morning. He wants to relocate us to another military base in a month or so.
Lavender: But we just got here! And did all that renovation! I didn't know he'd be moving us so soon...
Alain: I know Lav, but it's a good paying job and with Violet... I think we'll have to.
Lavender was upset, but she learned that the town wasn't too far and she'd still be able to visit her family.
Lavender: Listen little dumpling. Mommy and daddy are going to take you to a shiny new house, isn't that exciting?
Violet: Noo hows!
