Well I guess I'm becoming the king of weekly entries. I could do more than that if I didn't spend all my time thinking and rethinking my life so much as to wear out the subject. Those who've known me best have told me I think too much, so I guess I'll remember to... think about that

We watched Butterfly Effect which is really cool, until the part where a young sociopath lights his friend's dog on fire in a burlap sack. This resulted in my craving to toss the tv out the window, then hunt down the actor who played the character and light - him - on fire. Looks like he performed well, n' est-ce pas?

I had much of the same reaction when I watched it with Moffatt. Very hard not to hate that character. I still say I would've liked it better if it had ended with him drowning his amputee self in the tub.

Lets see, what else? Right. I got a very cool painting from Christa. Its of Jack and Sally up on the twisted hill at the end of the movie. I love it more every time I look at it. Her verison is way more blue than in the movie, but it makes the clouds and moon far more dramatic. I just really love it; I'll have it forever.

I've seen it folks; it's a nice little work. I can see this lanky mo'fucker hugging it while he sleeps. ;-)

Yeah, I think the line about Spud is best when you've seen him -- him and his new haircut. As far as Poe's stuff is concerned, I haven't gotten into his short stories yet, which are reputed to be good. Unfortunately, his poems stink like a motherfucker, excepting maybe "A Dream Within a Dream."
