Okay, I just have to post a scenario of a couple phone calls that went on today at work. I mean really, these people...

Here's one I 'enjoyed'...
Man: I'm trying to get a hold of *name of some counselor who doesn't take phone calls, only sees visitors*.
Me: I'm sorry sir, but I can't transfer you to her. *Explains the visitors-only thing.*
