I'd have a mac by now if they weren't so expensive. I don't have the money for a 5,000 dollar system for high end video editing.

Hence the 'willing' part. ^_^ I kinda figured you'd be one to acknowledge the superiority of the Mac with your interest in film. Especially with Apple slowly buying up some of the companies involved in various aspects of that kind of thing.
