Quite a bit has been happening lately, what with the holidays, but the quake and tsunami that hit southeast Asia dwarfs all other events. My sympathy and prayers go out to all those suffering. Internet sources are reporting the death toll at over 150,000 and still climbing. It seems hard to be festively jovial when you know that halfway around the

As a Redwooder, I will respond by saying yes, I am praying!!! And yah, it felt so...well, in some ways WRONG to be popping poppers and making loud noises and knowing that some people tonight would not be celebrating, but instead would be holding candles and praying and mourning those 150,000 who lost their lives.
