Slayers Novel Revival

Now I'm aware that it has been years since TokyoPop has ceased it's publishing of the novels past volume eight but seeing as the new season of slayers has been released in America it would be best to past the word around.

There is a petition on saving the novels (it's been around since 2005 I think) I'm not naive. I know many fanmade peititions don'

*signed* It's probably more realistic than my plan to get the novels translated:

1. Become exceptionally rich, famous, and influential.
2. Alternatingly bribe TokyoPop and threaten them with my mob connections until they submit to my will.

...But that's always Plan B!

Yes! Were one more step closer to our goal :) It also helps to write a letter to the address provided by the 1st link. Only if you want to and have the time ^__^

LOL Don't forget to pack the uzi guns. I find shattering window glass to be a fine way to make a statement ;)

I probably will write a letter before too long (it's back to school after spring break for me so everything's a little hectic at the moment). I've been meaning to write more letters anyway (and by more I mean more than 0) since it's a great way to get information and free swag :P

I'm not much of a writer of letters either but I did it only 2 times, 3 if you count a mandatory school assignment. If it's for something you really desire a little extra effort never hurt >XD Especially if it might get us the novels translated ;)

It doesn't hurt to try whether or not it works, right? :3 I'm all for writing Tokyopop and starting a petition to get the rest of the novels in English print. And I would be so excited if it actually happened! <3 I say let's give it a try.
