Actually, the secret to that shot is just a long exposure (mine was a second or two) and a tripod. Oh, and no flash. Water'll tend to blur into a smooth stream at around a half a second to a second of exposure.
I could have gotten a smoother shot if I had a ND8 Filter, which cuts light going into my camera (hence letting my exposure go a little longer), but I'm pretty satisfied with what came out. :)

I took around 2000 pics. Literally. The 2 GB memory cards were being dumped nightly to make more room.
