What tittle says.

General RP Questions

1. How many roleplays are you in?:
One, plus occasionally couple of one on one's.

2. Do you prefer group roleplays or one-on-one roleplays?:
Not sure. Maybe one on one's, as it gives me more time to think up my answer, and things won't happen without me.

3. Do you prefer serious/dramatic roleplays, crack roleplays, or a mixture of both?:
Mixture of both, maybe more serious/drama than crack. But all serious is smothering.

4. What do you find most challenging about roleplaying?:
Actually staying in the RP after couple of months.

5. Is there a character type you think you're better at than others?:
Smart-ish characters, as I have trouble dumbing myself down, especially in chat-type RPs, where I have to hurry with the answer.

Canon Character Questions

6. What canon Hetalia Characters have you roleplayed?:
Finland and Estonia.

7. Which character do you think you roleplay the best?:
Finland, as I have lots of inside information about his country, what with being a Finn myself. So I can have him do typical Finnish things, eat correct foods, know about places and happenings, etc.

8. Which character do you think you roleplay the worst?:
Finland, as I have too much inside information, and I make him go OOC because of it : |

9. Do you prefer characters to be in character according to the canon manga/anime, or do you follow your own head canon?:
I like head canon, especially if I disagree with how the character is portrayed in canon. But I don't like it if there is nothing left of the manga/anime canon and it's all just head canon. So, a balance needs to be found. You can add things into your character, if you don't lose what you were given in the first place.

10. What qualities or unique traits have you added to your characters (canon inspired or not)?:
Finland is slightly nutty because of Winter War. And he's just about the greatest sniper ever (though if a Switzerland wants to be better, I'll give in). He likes to make pastries.
Estonia is not only a geek, he is also great at building machinery from scratch.

11. Do any of your characters act like you or like the same things you do?:
Yes. Finland likes heavy metal, but the main reason for that is because we are pretty much known for our metal music nowadays. He also has a guilt complex, but then again, that is how I see his canon character as well. (And it's generally a Finn thing to feel guilty about everything). His speaking style is pretty much the same as mine is (unlike Estonia's. I try to make their speech patterns radically different from each other. Which is why Estonia is harder to play). He also loves animals and nature like I do, but it should go without saying that Finland should.
Estonia likes a lot of games that I like. Mainly because I can't really have him obsessing over something I know nothing off, in case some other character decides to ask more about it. He also likes Batman, because I like it.

Pairing Questions

12. What are your favorite pairings you've roleplayed?:
Finland/Sweden

13. Do you support these pairings outside of the roleplay?:
Hell yes!

14. Are you faithful to your partners, or do you like to play around?:
Err, that's a hard question. Generally I've played faithful, but in the current RP it sorta... slipped a bit.

Original Character Questions

15. Do you like original characters? Why or why not?:
I think they're fine, as long as they don't dominate the RP.

16. If you have some, what OCs do you have? Are they non-canon nations, provinces/states, cities, or normal/historical humans?:
I have couple of OC's. Lapland (Tuuli), who is Finland's twin sister. I have perfectly good explanation for her existence too. It's a bit TL;DR, but I'll explain anyway. Skip if you wish. So, my Finland was born in around 700's, when the vikings raided around. If you look at the history books and pay attention to Finland's shape in the map by then, you notice that only the southern part was labeled Finland. The upper part, Lapland, was pretty much no one's territory. But later the land just sorta ended up as Finland, even though Sweden or Norway or Russia could have just taken it as their own, seeing how Lappish culture was pretty different from Finnish, so there was no logical reason for it to be Finland's more than anyone else's. But it still just stayed as a separate no one's land until it became part of Finland. But there were people in there, with their own culture and traditions, so it's odd that it wasn't a country of it's own. So. I decided that Finland needed a twin who took care of that place, until they got together and formed one big land. Tuuli was born.
Then I also have Ahvenanmaa/Åland (Kalle), which is a group of islands between Finland and Sweden. He's Finland's son of sorts. They both refuse to acknowledge it, as Åland wants to belong to Sweden and is pretty asshole-ish about it. He's very young, born in 1954 (when Åland got its own flag), so he doesn't know about wars and thus pretty much rolls his eyes at Finland when he goes on about Winter War, refusing to believe that wars are all that bad and thinks "dad" just wants to look cool in front him.

17. Have these OCs influenced your own head canon?:
A bit. But I have purposefully made them so that they haven't interacted with other characters much, so that other RPers don't have to warp their characters around them at all. Lapland was a loner who didn't deal with many nations (only Finland and Estonia, who has always liked to hang out with Finland) until very recently. Åland was born not that long ago. So yeah, they don't influence that much.

Follow Up Questions

18. Is there a character you haven't roleplayed before whom you'd like to roleplay?:
I'm curious about Russia, but I know I'd suck. I'd also maybe like to try Norway.

19. Has a roleplay inspired you to do any other fanworks?:
Yeah, I have doodled a bit.

20. Have you learned anything from roleplaying or doing research for your characters?:
I've learned shitloads of stuff. Lets say that before I started RPing Finland, I didn't know too much about Winter War, only the most necessary stuff. Now I could write an essay about it. I've learned a lot about Italian, American, Australian and Maldivian cultures. Plus bunch of words in many different languages. And my Swedish has gotten a lot better because of the Swede in our RP, who suddenly made me a lot more interested in knowing that language. Also, I've found my motherly side~ *spins the riffle*
