no one is arrested for voting, that's a myth.

oh yea, no one checks your record they just verify your address by asking you and checking your DL or voter's registration card.

well, i didn't know that. thats good to know for the future, because i've missed out on voting many times. i just don't have the money to pay the stuff off right now, and i already screwed up my payment plan, so they won't let me back on it.

i'd like to just work it off doing community service.

i dunnoooooooooooo

That's why I didn't vote either... I violated my probation *and* have warrants out, so I'm trying to keep a low profile, ya dig.

Better safe than sorry.

Its probably going to be late on the 23rd, like after 9pm and returning late on the 26th. I'm going to san fran, but I'm sure anywhere really close will do. If you could give me some ideas, that would be awesome!

I would put you into Oakland that would be the closest i could get you. as far as outbound the latest flight is a 645p or the next would be 730a on the 24th as far as returning on the 26th i can put you on a 11am or a 310pm there is only a $20 diffrence between the two.

to take you out on the 24th at 730am and bring you home on the 26th at 3pm it would be around $230.

To take you out on the 23rd at 645 and bring you home on the 26th at 3p it would be $225.00

Call me sometime tonight or tomorrow night it is easier to do this kinda of things over the phone.

flying between texas and california is incredibly spendy. this is something i have noticed since i moved. i think the powers that be want to keep the texans and the californians segregated. for the most part this is a good idea. they should make some exceptions for the austinites though.

Unless you're a convicted felon you can vote. They don't have some guy standing there waiting to arrest people who have warrants, and even then I think you can absentee vote with a mail in ballot. I think. Maybe.

You missed out on the fun electronic computerized voting things they have in Austin. It was pretty fun, actually. I let Echo do most of my voting. Does that mean my nine year old voted and I didn't?
