Choose what interests you the most-you don't want to be stuck studying something that you find out you hate a few semesters into the program! lol

I would enjoy any of them, really. But I have to pick one.

These things would make you... An anthropologist, an Englisher, a creative writer, a linguist, a philosopher, erm--

Just one question... What is the title given to a person in Medieval Studies? A Medieval Student? Because that title is not worth the education.

So when election time comes, I will vote for the first four. And you'd better go for all four of them.

Medievalist. Or Professor of Medieval Studies or something like that.

Guy wot reads Old English and other cool stuffs.

So, which one do you like most of the 4?

Asking yourself for advice on career? ack, no... you can't deal with your own career, let alone yours. And you're just trying to get a freaking B.S., never mind a Ph.D!

Well, you already know what your BAs will be.

You're still fiddling with a minor. Linguistics for 9 credits still sounds good, and would help with Anthro. Or you could get an Anthro minor for 16 credits.

But you think Linguistics will be good.

But you're feeling very unsure about what to study. Right now, Anthro is sounding good.

What do I think?

eh. I might get the linguistics minor, but not the anthro. Unless I'm sure that's what I want to do, and then it might be worth while. But you don't really know what you should do.

Either of you.

Well, you're really leaning towards Anthropology for a PhD.

But even if you got a minor, you'd probably have to take a Masters anyways (unless you wanted to spend an extra year and take a triple-major English/History/Anthro. But why not just get the Masters for that, eh?)

So you think Linguistics is the way to go for minor. Besides, it's 7 less credits and would help with either Anthro or Linguistics as a PhD.

That is not true.

Suggestions help, honestly. I really think I could enjoy all or any of these things, and they would all be useful in their own ways. But your advice doesn't help me choose one at all. =þ
