So sorry to hear that you've all been ill. :( Helicopters that wake up babies are evil.

I really hope they take a good look at the affidavit you sent this time. I'm sure it'll get resolved. Sometimes you just have to get through to the right person...there are lots of people who don't care, but there will be someone who wants to do their job well, and it'll get sorted out.
